Sales Account Manager

Job Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
• Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, or computer systems.
• Support of sales processes via phone calls or visits by creating new leads
• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering Required
• 4-8 Years of experience
• Good computer skills Expert at (MS Office/ Adobe)
• Aware of Fortinet product "FortiGate"
• Aware of Cisco security Products
• Knowing F5 and Citrix Products is a plus
• Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Communication and persuasive skills are required
