Job Description
EWOR is a place where the most extraordinary people find the education, network, and capital to solve the world s biggest problems. We combine an entrepreneurship Master s Degree-like education with an early-stage VC firm to help outstanding talents of all age groups build impactful tech companies.
We began our journey in 2020 with the vision of creating a support system that enables individuals to establish companies alongside universities and their employment. Since then, we have assisted entrepreneurs in raising substantial funding rounds, and have witnessed the success of our talents in building ventures such as Patchwork Hub, Flike App, NUWE, Tanso, and many more.
Our three founders are accomplished entrepreneurs with a wealth of experience. Among other accomplishments, they have achieved a 500 Mio exit and have established the world's largest youth entrepreneurship community, Sigma Squared Society. EWOR is committed to investing up to 150,000 in selected ventures.
Tasks
- You will found, build, and run your own start-up in fields such as SaaS.
- You will learn how to operate your own successful venture in up to 21 courses ranging from team building to nocode prototyping, as well as preparing venture capital rounds.
- You will go through an intense personal development and coaching journey with our education team and mentors.
- We have partnered with renowned companies like Lufthansa that will assist you in your (future) responsibilities by offering industry-specific support.
- We require a commitment of at least 20 hours per week from you to ensure your venture's success.

You will be the founder of a business. To succeed, you should show an entrepreneurial drive to build your business and fulfil your role as founder.
You Don't Need To Have An Idea For A Start-Up Yet
We are looking for great individuals, not just their ideas. As part of this opportunity, you will develop the concept for your future start-up, if you do not have a clear idea yet.
