Overview
The Rust Developer Lightning Network is a crucial role within our organization responsible for designing and implementing highperformance scalable and secure solutions for our Lightning Network infrastructure. As part of the team you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of cuttingedge decentralized applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Lightning Network protocols and applications using Rust.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and integrate Lightning Network solutions into existing platforms.
- Optimize network performance and security through code reviews testing and ongoing improvements.
- Participate in the research and development of innovative solutions for addressing scalability and interoperability challenges within the Lightning Network.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for Lightning Network transactions and interactions.
- Implement best practices for cryptocurrency wallet security and privacy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Rust Lightning Network and blockchain technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Rust programming language (4 years)
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience in building backend solutions and services for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts with a focus on Lightning Network protocol.
- Knowledge of cryptographic primitives and security best practices for decentralized systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
