Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of Lightning Network protocols and applications using Rust.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and integrate Lightning Network solutions into existing platforms.
• Optimize network performance and security through code reviews testing and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in the research and development of innovative solutions for addressing scalability and interoperability challenges within the Lightning Network.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for Lightning Network transactions and interactions.
• Implement best practices for cryptocurrency wallet security and privacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Rust Lightning Network and blockchain technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Rust programming language (4 years)
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience in building backend solutions and services for distributed systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts with a focus on Lightning Network protocol.
• Knowledge of cryptographic primitives and security best practices for decentralized systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
