Responsbilities:
• Manage safety systems and processes.
• Manage quality systems and processes together with QA.
• Conduct accident/safety investigations.
• Establish useful life of Rolling Stock & various Depot equipment and a replacement program for assets through analyzing the maintenance management information system.
• Conduct trend analysis to determine performance requirements improvements of assets.
• Provide updated maintenance practices and strategies.
• Manage the configuration management information for the assets.
• Determine the most cost-effective strategy that has minimal negative impact on safety and quality.
• Provide inputs for the maintenance budget
• Lead the FRACAS process.
