Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress symptoms and vital signs accurately and timely.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatments and selfcare techniques.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients families and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting;

BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS PALS or TNCC may be preferred depending on the unit or specialty.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.

Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
