MustHaves:

• Valid RN license with the ability to practice in SC
• Must be willing to relocate to Hartsville SC
• Must be willing to work within a small hospital (30 bed med/surg 116 bed hospital)
• Active BLS required

Responsibilities:

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments and other medical care treatments
• Document patient care given and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances
• Advocate for the physical and emotional wellbeing of the patient
