1. Participate in the preparation and delivery of all required information during compensation and benefits surveys with external consultants.
2. Administrate CIB fixed and variable compensation programs in line with CIB policies, procedure and guidelines.
3. Assist in Drafting administrative annual variable compensation cycle (profit share and employee stock option plan) cycle with relevant stakeholders covering procedures and calibration with minimal errors.
4. Assist HR Business Partners in job pricing and provide pay insights, to ensure competitiveness of the provided offer.
5. Assist in analysing and interpreting internal pay trends and external market practices locally and propose pay solutions based on information collected from external consultants and surveys insights, in order to maintain a competitive & attractive salary scale.
6. Prepare and maintain profit share, ESOP & par value proofs and relevant internal memos .
7. Administrate the ESOP release process by preparing and delivering the required documents in order to get the required approval from different stakeholders.
