Responsibilities:
• Align Commercial Unit (CU) Commercial/Category Team on optimal use of different pricing levers.
• Develop 3-year Pack Price roadmap anchored in Demand Spaces – from Demand Space to Shelf.
• Quantify the impact of alternative pricing actions
• Identify D&A optimization areas
• Local lead in execution and follow-up on trade margin optimization
• Identify mix improvement opportunities by market by actively mapping packs profitability
• Analyze opportunities for premiumization and differentiation by brand, flavor, channel, occasion etc.
• Leverage pack insights (6W) to clearly define role of packs and potential white spaces
• Support innovation process for new packs when needed (e.g. lead stage gate, etc.)
