Retrofit Administrator at All Seasons Energy

Our team is growing and were now hiring for a Retrofit Administrator. Join our ECO team with All Seasons Energy part of the Aira family and help customers on low incomes reduce their bills.

Were looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. This is a great role for someone who wants to be a part of a positive and thriving business in the renewable energy industry. Youll work alongside a friendly team supporting the retrofit department and dealing with customers ensuring documentation is compliant with legislation as well as raising invoices and processing payments.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING AS A RETROFIT ADMINISTRATOR AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY

• Working alongside internal surveyors
• Ensuring all surveyors have correct and up to date paperwork
• Checking surveyors paperwork to ensure all correct and compliant
• Calling customers to book survey appointments
• Administrative support to retrofit coordinator and manager
• Data input onto internal systems
• Collating and saving files
• Managing departments pipeline of works
• Diary management
• Youll be shown the ropes with inhouse training and support working in a friendly modern bright and airy office.

Job Type: Fulltime Permanent office based

• Monday Friday (40 hours)
• Salary 23800 per annum
