-Achieving basic sales goals, achieving the monthly and annual sales goals -Writing the required reports and sending them to the administration, constantly updating the itinerary for customers - Tracking the sales market movement and following up on achieving goals with each representative individually - Covering all clients through itineraries and coverage plan -Communicate with customers through direct visits and find out their problems - Ensure that invoices are collected and dues are paid on time. - Adherence to company policy and not violating it. -Training the work team and providing suggestions to improve performance. -Assist in training new delegates. - Distributing sales areas to sales representatives.
