Retail Sales and Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and establish new dealerships in prominent cities across Nepal.
• Actively engage with dealers to promote our brand and products forging strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends customer preferences and competition.
• Supervise the quality control process to ensure the highest standards for the clothing we sell.
• Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop realistic forecasts.
• Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a positive brand image.

• Proven experience in retail sales and marketing with a focus on fashion is added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Nepalese retail market and fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different cities within Nepal.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and marketing.
