Job Description

- Design and customize designs innovative architectural designs for construction / renovation projects based on company's requirements, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes and regulations, fire and safety regulations and zoning codes
- Ensure building elements such as plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and the structure are appropriately positioned within the building
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate project needs and objectives into the design process.
