Firm Overview

Rudolph Kaplan LLC is a small, growing real estate litigation and transaction law firm located in Evanston, Illinois. This role will be flexible and hybrid, and can be full-time or less than full-time for the best fit candidate.

Job Summary

Our small, but growing firm seeks a paralegal with experience in litigation and/or real estate practice areas. You will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while demonstrating a positive, high-energy attitude.

Your Role/Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
  • Accurately work on all items germane to the real estate transaction
  • Work closely lawyers and other real estate paralegals/assistants
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, landlords, housing managers or other real estate personnel

What We’re Looking For

The Ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience supporting litigation and real estate practice areas
  • Well developed and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Manage time, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to create accurate work product with impeccable attention to detail
  • Effectively navigate Outlook and MS Office
  • Troubleshoot and overcome obstacles
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
