Roles and Responsibilities

Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere

Answering the phone from India and Australian offices from prospective and existing clients, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective departments

Give clear and accurate information to while responding to the clients.

Provide updates to clients when enquired and work with the Australian team to resolve issues and escalate matters to the manager when required.

Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary

Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails

Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages

Operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers

Recording meeting minutes and agendas

Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need

Requirements

Minimum one year of relevant experience
