- Setting up the procedures and tools for generating internal and external reports for the project.
- Ensuring the timely and quality preparation of reports.
- Developing KPIs to support managers and the team in making accurate, data-driven decisions.
- Driving data transformation and bringing added value through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborating with various business units and consortium partners to further develop the global reporting concept in the transformation of raw data to business insights.
- Gathering inputs and preparing monthly progress reports for customers.
- Driving process improvement and automation to increase reporting accuracy and transparency while ensuring data synchronicity and up-to-date reports.
- Designing and developing visualizations using commercial BI software (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI).
- Identifying the relationships between complex business data, propose structured reports and provide managers with stories supported by data visualizations.
