The Repair Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in daily business of the repair shop which includes general administrative tasks, such as printing service technicians trip sheets, advising service technicians of address changes, contact numbers,

Coordinate the efficient operation of the office by maintaining general files, manuals and performing all other relevant duties for the

Responsible for printing Service Repair Forms and Customer Repair Forms and ensuring they are scheduled for repairs and ordering the necessary

Conducts basic research for management; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information for reports and

Assures that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all administrative

Technician workflow and

Invoice

Product movement and

Parts receiving and inspection, including parts inventory reconciliation, and daily parts prep for technician

Other duties as

QUALIFICATIONS

High school Diploma

1-2 year s experience in a warehouse or administrative

Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Demonstrate the company s core

Salary: $20 to start

Location: Mississauga, ON
