PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant (Remote Rare Onsite Meetings)

Location: Tallahassee FL

Musthave skills: 7 y of functional experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials; 2 y of experience in project management; government experience.

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

• Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
• Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector (7 years);
• Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
• Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Preferred:

• Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2 years);
• Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;
• Experience in overseeing testing data migration and deployment activities;
• Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;
• Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules GL PO AP AM AR PR and CM;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate various project activities timelines and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;
• Facilitates the OSCA business transformation optimization and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;
• Makes recommendations on systems process analysis design and simulation;
• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business processrelated activities;
• Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
