Tasks

As a Customer Support Advisor your mission will be to assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.

Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.

• Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sale over the phone.
• Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g. where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong is there any stock available etc).

Requirements

• Fluent in the requested language
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong client service and callhandling skills
• Capable of expressing oneself confidently both verbally and in writing
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the clients products
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre Customer Service or sales is welcome
