Saven Technologies Inc is a leading management consulting company specializing in providing innovative solutions to various industries. We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Remote Help Desk professional to join our team. As a Remote Help Desk you will play a key role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients systems.

In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues providing timely and effective support to endusers and maintaining accurate documentation. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver highquality services to our clients.

Tasks

Provide prompt and efficient technical support to endusers via phone email or chat

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner

Assist users in setting up new accounts configuring devices and installing software

Document and maintain accurate incident logs and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with colleagues to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams

Maintain a full understanding of the companys products and services to better serve customers

Requirements

Proven experience as a Help Desk professional or in a similar technical support role

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and their applications

Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting connectivity problems

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
