Position Responsibilities

• Lead the Release Management team its growth and evolution to Developer Productivity Engineering

• Team organizational tasks: lead the definition (individually and with the SWE stakeholders) prioritization and management of the teams backlog

Team responsibilities

• And Reduce the time it takes to deliver software products and updates.

In details:

• Provide product development internal tooling and technical processes
• Manage Jenkins CI system used companywide for both product / projectspecific development
• Managing the product release process
• Manage GitLAB hosting (Saas) used for code hosting and collaboration
• Managing the Issue tracker used for product development
• Managing/running several internal production and/or testing servers (Ubuntu LTS on AWS)

The professional we are seeking

• MS in Computer Science Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications.
• 1 years experience in team lead position
• 5 years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins)
• 5 years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar)
• Experience with PostgreSQL Tomcat Apache2. Git
• Experience with scripting (bash python) is a plus
• Experience with Ansible is a plus
• Experience managing GitLab is a plus
• Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus

Also experience in designing technical solutions in coordination with other teams/departments.

• Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
• Analytical thinking & detailoriented.
• Initiative flexibility and adaptability.
