Channel: Direct Channel

CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA Other Benefits

Responsibility :

• Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization monthonmonth basis
• Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
• Meeting the customers to Introduced insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
• Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis.
• Follows organizations policies and processes.
• Provide accurate forecasts updates and requested reports to reporting manager.

Candidate Profile :

• Bachelors Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflictresolution and problemsolving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customeroriented
