Job Purpose:
To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company
Responsibilities:
1.To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
2.To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated
3.To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
4.To ensure business Reporting MIS on sales call ( LMS) Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 5 years of Sales Experience ( Preferably from Life Insurance Sales / Sales Experience from Broking Channel )
Qualification: Graduates
Age: Below 40 Years
