JOB: PARTS ADVISOR
LOCATION: HIGH WYCOMBE, HP11
SALARY: Up to 25,000 depending on skills and experience + Bonus OTE 30,000 + Benefits
MON-FRI 08:30-17:30, SAT ROTA 08:30-13:00
BRAND NEW SITE OPENING
Our client is a successful, privately owned business that has grown significantly over the past twenty years to 650 employees across multiple sites.
It is exciting times to join as they are in their final stages to opening the doors to their BRAND NEW DEALERSHIP in High Wycombe and are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to be part of a BRAND NEW TEAM.
You will professionally operate within the Parts Department to order, receive, administrate, control and issue parts.
Your key responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will be!
Process requests / orders for spare parts
Raise invoices and receive payment for parts
Process special orders and communicate on lead time, actual delivery and price with the customer / department concerned
Book parts out of stock
Carry out administrative tasks relating to stock movement and sales
Sell parts
Undertake regular stock takes
Undertake housekeeping and other duties relating to health and safety policy
Deliver spare parts as required
Unload and load parts and move parts to required locations
Maintain an awareness of stock security
Secure and label all warranty parts
Return parts according to manufacturer instructions
Perform other duties in support of other team members as required

Requirements

Previous experience in a Parts related role
