Duties:
- Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning care coordination nutrition evaluation and recommendation.
Skills: Two years of experience
Certification/Licenses:
Certification/Licenses:
- Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) RequiredNY State Office of Professionals
- Registered License Preferred
- AHA BLS required
Schedule Notes:
- 5 days x 7 hours plus a mandatory 1hour lunch unpaid
- No weekends or holidays required
- RD NYS CDN
- MS preferred but not mandatory
- Outpatient nutrition experience in Cardiac Rehab Cardiology and PostAcute Care counseling and running classes/programs
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree
