Regional Senior Service Engineer Asia Pacific

(Based in South Korea)

ORGANISATION:

You will be reporting to the Head of Service Department and will have a key role in the service team as a senior technical expert in charge of providing both onsite and offsite service and support to customers to install, commission and service the company equipment s in Korea and APAC

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical expert:You will oversee installation, commissioning, validation, maintenance, servicing, and will be the go-to expert for resolving any operational issues on the company installed equipment s at client

Customer support:Serve as customer facing technical resource and work in collaboration with technicians and You will also do maintenance, inspections, retro fits, and service calls on running machines in the

Project Management:lead, execute, and support projects and provide deeper technical expertise to project teams and the client Efficiently manage the budget allocated and risks across various project

Documentation and reporting:Create and maintain installation data, service information, and repair log in the company database. Regularly update the internal service team on a day to day basis on the work

Training:You will be required to provide training to the customers and share your knowledge on the company s

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

-Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering; Mechatronic background will be a

-Over 8 years experience as a service engineer doing assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting work in Automation/Industrial machinery

-Food and beverage machinery or processing experience is an asset and advantage to have but not a

-Technical expert in mechanical/ machinery/ electrical

-Experience or knowledge in PLC programming will be an added

-Passionate about engineering, machinery, customer service you are keen to do a hands on

-Flexible and able to manage local and international projects

-A keen learner and able to analyze complex

-Hardworking and hands on, you get excited by challenging

-Effective communicator with good English and Korean language speaking skills

-Willing to travel in across Korea and internationally (for training and customer support)
