Job Summary
As the Regional Sales Lead you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities within the FMCG retail space to maximize performance across the territories/clusters to meet sales targets. You will coordinate sales team leads and agents activities and maximize performance across the state in order to meet sales targets.
What you will be doing
- Manage the daytoday operations of Team Leads and Agents in their region.
- Evaluate monitor and manage the performance of team leads and agents in their region
- Identify hiring needs recruit and train new agents & team leads
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Develop strategies to drive user acquisition retention and sales in their region
- Suggest value added services/products that will increase user acquisition and retention
- Address user problems and identify prompt solutions
- Report on regional sales performance to Leadership
- Identify opportunities for regional expansion and participate in the decisionmaking process
- Build a trusted and prosperous field Sales agent channel
- Carrying out market surveys understanding competition and coordinating with Agent hunters on leads.
- Developing your sales team through motivation counselling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products to end users
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of sales management experience managing sales teams
- Prior experience in Ecommerce retails sales and FMCG distribution
- Capable of leading a team towards a set goal
- Bachelor s degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent
- Resultsorientated and ability to pay close attention to details
- Street smart and with a drive for sales
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
- Evidence of successfully leading others to exceed measurable sales and revenue targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and challenger selling. Proven experience in sales enablement, Sales Capability, sales training, or commercial operations roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
