I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UKs leading providers of facilities maintenance who due to an internal promotion are seeking an experienced day engineer with an electrical bias to join them at a highly prestigious government site in the SW area of London.
The site being a government site will require you to undertake a high level security clearance so you must be a UK resident and have been for the last 10 years with a clean criminal check.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for carrying PPMs and reactive duties on a wide range plant including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, single and 3 phase power, star delta, emergency lighting, motors, pumps, water checks, minor plumbing, small project works.
Requirements
- City and Guilds/NVQ in Electrical installation
- 18th edition
- Experience of a building services/facilities maintenance role
- Working knowledge of the listed plant
- Ability to pass a high level vetting process
