Job Summary:
As a Trainee Recruitment Support you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive backoffice support to our Lead Recruiter. This entrylevel position is designed for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry. You will be exposed to various aspects of the recruitment process gaining valuable handson experience and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels including online job portals social media and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable matches for job openings.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the candidate database ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate information.
  • Utilize our recruitment software to track candidate progress and update recruitment records.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews assessments and client meetings.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Lead Recruiter including managing calendars organizing files and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
