Recruitment Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a #Recruitment Supervisor in Nasr City. The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for designing and implementing the recruitment process, keeping track of recruiting metrics, managing internal & external recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring potential candidates for our clients, managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, posting job openings, providing regular updates to clients on the status of their positions. The Recruitment Supervisor will also organize and/or attend career fair, Supervise the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven work experience in recruiting from 5 to 7 years
• Recruitment agencies background is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team management and employee relations skills
• V.Good command in English
• Proficient in MS Office suite
