Note: We are looking for a professional with 12 years of experience in recruitment. This role requires the professional to work from our Hyderabad office.

Introduction:

SecurDI is a global cybersecurity strategy and implementation company dedicated to becoming the global leader in solving clients cybersecurity challenges. We are currently inviting applications for the position of Recruitment Junior Analyst offering an excellent opportunity for professionals with 12 years of experience to contribute to our HR department and gain handson experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes application forms and video interviews to identify qualified candidates for various job openings within the company.

  • Make prescreening calls to applicants to assess their communication skills and preliminary qualifications.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and interviewers ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

  • Update and maintain the companys database with accurate employee contact information and employment details.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and implement best practices.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with necessary paperwork orientation programs and ensuring a positive experience for new hires.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess candidate suitability based on specified criteria.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities for effective management of recruitment tasks and recordkeeping.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

  • Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
