About the Role

As our Recruitment Farming Liaison for Varhaug you will specialise in the agricultural sector as well as helping generate leads for companies looking to recruit.This position will require a dynamic individual who can understand the nuanced needs of the farming/Recruitment and connect companies with the right candidates.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with the farming community in Varhaug to understand staffing needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the agricultural sector.
• Generate leads for Recruitment
• Attract and source applicants through multiple channels including online and local community outreach.
• Screen applications and recommend suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the agricultural industry and other areasto ensure a consistent pipeline of talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the agricultural sector and its employment standards.
• Exceptional communication and incentivisation skills to engage with both employers and candidates.
• Strong networking capabilities and the ability to establish trust with community members.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
