Job Summary

As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing screening and onboarding top talent. In this dynamic position you will contribute to the growth and success of our clients by ensuring a seamless and efficient endtoend recruitment process.


Job Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels to source qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct insightful initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Resume Review: Analyze resumes to identify candidates with the right skill set and experience.

  • Job Postings: Craft and post engaging job listings on relevant platforms.

  • Applicant Tracking: Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment workflow.

  • Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Reference Checking: Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials.

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.

  • Ad hoc tasks



Requirements

  • At least two years proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Minimum of a college degree
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Schedule: West African Time: full time/part time (Availability between 02:00pm and 12am)
