Job Description

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the front desk operations greet visitors handle inquiries and provide administrative support across the organization. Your friendly demeanor excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

Manage the reception area ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
