Job Description
- Creating an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times to all visitors as they come through reception.
- Providing accurate information concerning activities, games and availability.
- Serving customers, explaining the rules of the games, taking money for activities, and accurately accounting for money and transactions at the end of each shift.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to the customer at the reception.
Job Requirements
- Extrovert with strong sales and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional appearance to be able to create an excellent first impression with customers.
- Good english
- Excellent computer skills
