Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop and execute sales plans to meet company’s
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Assisting in direct selling to increase the company’s
- Representing the company in various exhibitions and events in the -local markets to promote the company's
- Training and development of sales staff .
- Preparing employee budget and work
- Preparing reports and presentations to CEO
- Responsible maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep -them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and
- Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult
- Assist sales members who need guidance with client meetings and
- Preparing the selling stesults and generates timely sales
