• Provide service excellence by identifying key customer/team members business roadblocks, inquiries or proof of concept requirements as well as the technical skills that require upskilling for helping team members to be successful in order to ensure exceptional performance.
• Determine team members needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, 1 to 1 weekly session and monitor and document key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training efforts and monitor overall quality of training effort utilizing a documentation based as proof of acquisition and accountability of the lessons learned and keep record of it for each team member after every refresher.
• Evaluate, validate analysis and developing recommendations for the team members to effectively acknowledge and acquire the new knowledge provided in readiness materials or live sessions.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team learning, training and preparation to ensure exceptional performance.
• Effectively communicate to the local or Global team members about the refresher or new updates about readiness materials including but not limited to recorded live sessions and refreshers.
• Monitor, track and document the KPI for team members during the readiness or onboarding period to measure the training effectiveness and planning of new trainings to upskill the team members on a weekly or monthly basis
