Quotation desk rep freight forwarding

A large freight forwarding company is looking for anQuotation DeskRepfor their office in Tijuana Mexico. The company has multipleoffices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a fulltime position (not remote).

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Logistics international business etc
Have 2 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry preferably with a focus on Road logistics/ Ocean freight / Quotations
Knowledge in international and national logistics maritime Mexican customs brokerage.
Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA ( Port long beach Ensenada Manzanillo Veracruz)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customerfocused demeanor.
Proficiency English written and verbal is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
