My client is a successful and wellestablished custom metal products fabricator / contract manufacturer low volume / high mix. It is a medium sized manufacturer owned by a much larger corporate organization. They are presently seeking a QUALITY MANAGER to manage their entire quality engineering (QA / QC) department for this operation.

REQUIREMENT:
COMPENSATION: $90K to $100K plus annual bonuses up to 20%.

REQUIREMENT:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. My client does some work for the Department of Defense. They CANNOT provide Visa Sponsorship.
- BSME is preferred but not required. Will seriously consider equivalent experience.
- 5 to 15 years of custom metal fabrication experience is required.
- Must have at least 5 years of quality management experience involving custom fabricated metal products.
- Must have GD&T experience.
- Must have experience managing a team between 5 to 10 individuals.
- Strong communication skills are required. Experience interfacing / working with customers to resolve quality issues is a must.
- Detail oriented / data driven individuals strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION: $90K to $100K plus annual bonuses up to 20%.
