Extensive experience in Testing Quality engineering and automation solution design

Bring in holistic quality engineering approach to solutions by identifying the QE challenges and opportunities

Develop test strategy and approach for all the different projects/products that they are involved in

Propose the right tools/frameworks based on the requirements identified by collaborating with stakeholders

Design the test automation frameworks/solutions and help the team in building the right components by adhering to the industry best practices

Identify the metrics that can contribute in improving the overall product/project quality and setup related dashboards for the same

Involve in the discovery phase to identify QE opportunities that can add value and design and implement the relevant POCs

Understands and can work within the limitations of varied SDLCs (doesnt just look to make everything automated and agile)
