Responsibilities:
Provide support to the engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality functions within a project scope.
Document and communicate the results of problem solutions and conduct analytical examinations to both internal and external customers.
Advocate the usage of quality improvement and control tools.
Update and develop quality documents where required per industrial standards.
Requirements :
B.S in Engineering or Technical Practice.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering or quality related position.
Experience measuring complex components on CMM's and correlating results to design record specifications.
Experience utilizing various quality measurement tools per industry standards.
Experience with AIAG processes.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control Techniques.
Ability and Knowledge to conduct Root Cause Analysis through various industrial techniques. 8D, A3, DMAIC etc.
Ability to develop and execute: Risk assessments, Validation plans, DFMEA's / PFMEA's, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, Process Flow Diagrams, First Article Inspections.
Experience in the development and execution of standard operating procedure documents.
Experience with executing variable and attribute Gage R&R's.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, word, excel etc..
Knowledge of GD&T standards and implementation.
Experience with DOE Matrix development.
PC proficiency with Minitab, Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Capability to work in teams
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
APQP experience
ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, QS9000 experience
