Preparation of FAI (FIRST AIRTCLE INSPECTION) Ensuring the delivery of Quality product to customer in all aspects Good knowledge of GD& T Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools Exposure to ISO & QS management systems On hand experience of handling Measuring equipments like Trimos CMM Height master Vision inspection system. Incoming raw material Inspection and monitor and review quarterly data based on suppliers reports. Prepare Quality planning documents for inspection activities. Audit QC process done by the Production team. Monitor the performance of the Critical parameters Improve AQL Final audit inspection process inspection and documents and records. Provide Monthly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management. Measuring equipments. periodic Calibration Trouble shooting & NC Handling ISO audit & another internal audit

Skills Good command over English Language Software Knowledge: Quality Tools/CMM Operations preferred
