Quality Engineer 4

MW Partners is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Work on automation and blackbox testing of GPU components for the video processing pipeline
• Create automation scripts and tests that can be run within the existing automation system
• Work on blackbox testing of the GPU components in the Video Applications
• Work on ensuring the highest quality performance and scalability
• Collaborate with global teams on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years experience in Software Engineering with 3 years working on automation and blackbox testing
• Strong knowledge of blackbox testing methodologies on Mac or Windows
• Strong knowledge of python or other scripting language
• Experience testing video applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working in a global environment
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
