Job Description

a) Job Functions & Authorities as Quality Specialist:
  • Conducting periodic checks and internal audits within each functional department and clinics to ensure overall quality standards and required infection controls are being met.
  • Implementing the auditing process and suggest new methods of improvement within the auditing team to ensure compliance of the branch managers and other managers across departments.
  • Outlining departments’ policies and procedures as well as documenting quality assurance activities, such as internal audits.
  • Analyzing customer grievances and other non-compliance issues.
  • Gathering and organizing statistical quality data and inspecting data to detect areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing audit outcomes and follow up the implementation of the appropriate corrective procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within the Quality Team and complete any additional tasks in line with the department, as requested by the Quality Manager.
b) Job Functions & Authorities as Project Coordinator:
  • Key responsibilities will typically involve maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules.
  • Communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the project’s budget.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in project management meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Providing administrative support and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. of pharmaceutical science, Science or BSc. degree of any relevant field.
  • Proven +2 years’ experience as a quality control or quality assurance specialist and working as a project coordinator is preferable.
  • Preferably background about quality assurance, total quality management, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team working skills.
  • Decision maker.
  • Multi-tasking and effective time management skills.
