Quality Assurance Manager

We are a leading recruitment company located in Colombo and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join a leading MNC. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle from product development to delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards procedures and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and identify trends or areas of concern.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry developments emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting quality management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering quality management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality management or a related role preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles practices and tools such as Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards.
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
