This is a remote position.
Giving general support to the Accounts Team and assistance with the utility administrative duties of the department.
DUTIES:
Registering new tenants for utilities and council tax online and over the phone
Maintaining a utility log of all incoming and outgoing tenants
Writing letters to utility companies and council tax departments
Instructing contractors as and when required to obtain meter information from various properties
Establishing positive relationships with tenants, peers and contractors
GENERAL:
Contributing to the strategic direction of the company
Carrying out specific tasks required by your Senior Managers.
Facilitating good relationships across all departments and sister companies
Demonstrating and actively encouraging a good team spirit, positive environment and motivated department at all times
Responsible with your timekeeping at all times and keeping your line manager with your whereabouts on a daily basis
