YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

• Take responsibility for our DevSecOps setup and tech stack (Kubernetes on AWS)
• Build on existing structures and processes and implement and ensure compliance with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Work closely with the Sport Alliance Lead DevOps Engineer to drive unified DevSecOps standards, concepts and policies related to best practices, technology trends and cyber threats across the group
• Ensure that the software developers can work as efficiently as possible and continuously deliver code without delays, taking high security requirements into account
• Create a general awareness of security in the context of successful software development in the FinTech sector with your work and be the go-to person for such concerns

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience - preferably from the areas FinTech, finance or banking - in the development of software in a modern programming language and/or in the area of infrastructure-as-code
• Experience in the responsibility for and implementation of the entire DevSecOps life cycle from the requirements phase, to deployment / going-live and ongoing operation (you build it, you run it)
• Solid knowledge and as much overlap as possible with our tech stack (including AWS, Bash, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Java/Kotlin, Maven/Gradle, JavaScript, TypeScript) or comparable tools and services
• A penchant for stakeholder management as well as concise communication on a technical and business level to explain and justify strategic and technical measures and their impact on our platform
• Interest in relentless customer-focused delivery in an international and multicultural environment as well as strong communication skills in English
