Details: Strength in ability to speak in front of 40 ppl during gather requirement sessions present ideas get clarifying information when in the session based on information and requirements the consultant has gathered so far and stakeholders are updating them if they need a change. It is essential that this Sr. Business Analyst understands they will be responsible for leading the meetings with the information they have and prompting and gathering feedback and important information from the attendees. (this is a piece that every manager and director is making sure to drive home).
Requirement Writing and gathering experience: writing business Requirements within Health Plan Enrollment Required and UAT Testing is a plus!
