Greetings From Achyutam International!.
We are hiring for the role of Purchase Executive for the reowned steel manufacturing Industries based out at Kenya location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Source material goods and services and negotiate the most costeffective contract and deals
- Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock
- Conduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities
- Inspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediately
- Update and maintain records of all orders payment and received stock
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in business logistics or related field
- Candidate must have a working experience in steel industry or other manufacturing industry.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchase executive
- Proficiency in relevant management software programs
- Superb negotiation skills
- Great organization and planning skills
- Able to identify market trends and make the decision in a highstress environment
- Able to follow client specifications
- Punctual reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Selfmotivated and strong analytical skills
