Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate treatment goals.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of psychotherapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in accordance with professional codes of conduct.
• Must be able to market yourself to assist with maintaining a full caseload.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or a related field.
• Current Louisiana licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan preferred but nichefocused.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and selfcare practices.
• Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing psychotherapy practice.
