Tasks

• Lead the modernization of mainframe solutions for one of Aquent Studios top clients John Deere located in Johnston IA.
• Emphasize design and lead the team through technical roadblocks while aligning with project roadmap.
• Lead the team in Test Driven Development (TDD) while practicing paired programming.
• Utilize TypeScript for both implementation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Requirements

1. Professional project experience with React & TypeScript (7 years).
2. Experience with AWS services such as Lambda or Serverless (1 to 2 years) and cloud development (5 years).
3. Proficiency in Node.js (2 years).
4. Familiarity with Agile Environment.
5. Experience mentoring junior software engineers on the team.
6. Strong understanding and practice of Test Driven Development (TDD).
7. Experience with Paired Programming.
